CJFE is collecting information from journalists who covered the G20 summit

Canadian Journalists for Free Expression ("CJFE") is conducting a survey of journalists who believe their freedom of expression was compromised by police/security personnel during the G-20 security operation.

This collection of information will result in a public report by CJFE. Your information and the information of others is critical to the report and for this reason, we ask that you complete the questionnaire below. If you know of others who have similar complaints, please advise us as soon as possible, or have them contact the undersigned.

We will contact you for fact-checking after we receive your completed questionnaire, so please include your contact information.

Finally, to bolster the credibility of the report, CJFE hopes you will allow your name to be used. However, if that is not the case, we would still like to receive your completed questionnaire; and you can be assured the CJFE will respect any request to withhold identity or information that would tend to identify you.

We look forward to your completed questionnaire as soon as possible and thank you in advance for your co-operation.

Thank you for your collaboration
