In CJFE’s Review on Free Expression 2010/2011, we wrote about the dramatic dump of more than 250,000 secret diplomatic cables by the whistleblower organization Wikileaks. Wikileaks published 251,287 United States embassy cables through its website and news agencies – the largest set of confidential documents ever released into the public domain.
