As part of our annual Review of Free Expression in Canada, each year CJFE compiles reports on the state of free expression across the country. Topics that appear in this year’s collection include access to information and privacy developments, SLAPP and defamation lawsuits, whistleblower protections, hate speech debates and more. Click through the interactive map below, and check out the additional resources about each issue contained within—such as reports, news articles and other related content.
