Featuring: David Tam-Baryoh (Sierra Leone) As editor of newspaper Punch, Tam-Baryoh was arrested in 1997 and spent time in hiding. Now he writes about media freedom for the Media Foundation for West Africa, Ghana. Modeste Mutinga (Democratic Republic of Congo) Editor of newspaper Le Potential in Kinshasa, Muntinga was most recently arrested by security forces in August. His crime: publishing a story on a military court trial. Hisham Kassem (Egypt) Publisher of fortnightly magazine Cairo Times, Kassem also serves as a board member of the Egyptian Organization for Human Rights.
